A chauffeur spends the trip within earshot of every call and conversation in the car. Discretion is the part of the service that never appears on the invoice.

We do not join conversations unless invited, we do not repeat what we hear, and we do not photograph passengers or vehicles for social media without written permission.

Around the booking

Passenger names, addresses and trip details are kept only while the booking is relevant and are shared only with the assigned chauffeur. For corporate accounts the same drivers return, so there is no need to re-explain the routine each time.
