About us

SF Prestige Drive is a licensed chauffeur service based in Oslo, driving airport transfers, corporate accounts, weddings and private-chauffeur days across eastern Norway.

Making a booking

A booking is made in three steps:

• You send a request with the route, date, time and number of passengers.
• We reply with a written quote showing the fixed price and the vehicle.
• The booking is confirmed once you accept the quote in writing. Until then, no vehicle is held and no price is guaranteed.

Please check the confirmed details and tell us about any change as early as you can.

Pricing

The price for each trip is fixed and agreed in advance. Unless the quote says otherwise, the price includes:

• the chauffeur and the vehicle for the route and time quoted;
• road tolls and standard parking on the route;
• fuel, cleaning and vehicle running costs;
• for airport pickups, the first hour of waiting after the flight lands, with the pickup time tracked to the actual landing.

The following are charged in addition and, where possible, agreed with you at the time:

• stops or route changes added during the trip;
• waiting time beyond what the quote includes, charged in blocks and shown on the quote;
• special parking, ferries or congestion charges outside the standard route;
• cleaning or repair where a passenger causes damage or excessive soiling beyond normal use.

Payment

Payment terms are set out on your quote. Account clients are invoiced under separate agreed terms.

Changes and cancellation

You can change or cancel a booking by contacting us. A booking cancelled at short notice, or a pickup where the passenger does not appear within a reasonable time and cannot be reached (a no-show), may be charged in full.

We may need to change a booking for reasons outside our control, such as weather, road closures or a vehicle fault. If that happens we will provide an equivalent vehicle where we can, or offer a full refund of anything already paid for the affected trip. We are not liable for further losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Conduct and the chauffeur's discretion

Passengers must wear seatbelts, must not exceed the vehicle's licensed seating capacity, and must not smoke or use illegal drugs in the vehicle. The chauffeur may refuse to start or continue a trip, without refund, if a request is unsafe, unlawful, or puts the vehicle or other people at risk, or if a passenger is abusive or heavily intoxicated.

Liability and insurance

Every vehicle is covered by the commercial passenger-transport insurance required in Norway. We take reasonable care to arrive on time and complete each trip as agreed, but we are not liable for missed flights, appointments or connections where the delay is caused by traffic, weather, an act of a third party or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Any liability we do have is limited to the price of the trip in question.

Please take your belongings with you. Items left in a vehicle are held for a reasonable period; we are not responsible for property left behind.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be handled by the courts of Norway, with Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) as the agreed venue.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones published on this page when your booking is confirmed.
