We set up an account for companies that move staff and visitors around Oslo on a regular basis. Bookings can be made by named coordinators or by the travellers themselves, and every trip appears on one monthly invoice with cost codes. The same small group of chauffeurs covers your account so they learn your routines.

Open an account
We agree rates for your common routes, who is allowed to book and how you want trips coded for your finance team.

Book as needed
Coordinators or travellers request cars by email or phone. Each booking is confirmed with the chauffeur and vehicle details.

Receive one invoice
At month end you get a single statement with every trip, passenger, cost code and receipt attached.
Matched to your group and luggage
We size the car to the booking: the S-Class for one or two passengers, the V-Class for a full group with bags, the G-Class for winter roads, and the Rolls-Royce Phantom on request for occasions where the car is part of the day. See the full fleet
Common questions
All trips in a calendar month are combined into one invoice with 14-day terms, itemised by passenger, date and cost code.
Yes. You tell us which people or email domains are approved, and their bookings are charged to the account automatically.
We cover the whole of eastern Norway and longer transfers on request, for example to Hafjell, Kongsberg or the coast.
