We work from your guest list and run sheet to set vehicle numbers, pickup windows and staging points near the venue.

Every chauffeur receives the schedule, guest names and venue contacts. You are given one coordinator to call on the day.

The coordinator tracks each car against the plan, holds vehicles in a staging area and releases them as guests are ready.
Matched to your group and luggage
We size the car to the booking: the S-Class for one or two passengers, the V-Class for a full group with bags, the G-Class for winter roads, and the Rolls-Royce Phantom on request for occasions where the car is part of the day. See the full fleet
